Eligibility Criteria for
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Economics or related disciplines (e.g., Social Work, Human Development, or Sociology) from a recognized university under UGC
- A bachelor’s degree with Honours/ Honours with Research with a minimum of 160 credits for a 1-year/2-semester master’s programme at level 6.5 on the NHEQF. (National Higher Education Qualification Framework or a 3-year/6-semester bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 120 credits for a 2-year/4-semester Master’s programme at level 6.5 on the NHEQF or a 4-year Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 160 credits for a 2-year/4-semester Master’s programme at level 7 of NHEQF
- A student is eligible for a Master’s in Psychology/Economics programme corresponding to either major or minor(s) discipline in UG Programme
- Minimum Marks: Candidates must secure at least 50-55% aggregate marks in their undergraduate degree
- Graduation with a degree in B.A/B.A (Hons) in Psychology/Economics with a minimum percentage of 50% at the level of graduation is required. Students with a graduation degree in other disciplines can also apply for MA Psychology/Economics. However they would be required to complete one month bridge course prior to the beginning of the course
