Neotech Institute of Pharmacy (NIPH) was established with a vision to excel in the field of pharmacy with a student-centric teaching and learning process to produce competent, ethical and responsible pharmacist for the benefit of mankind. With a state of art infrastructure, conducive and student friendly environment NIPH exists as one of the best uprising institute of pharmacy.
Students @NIPH learn through various modes of education which include presentation, weekly class tests, training in MCQ’s for GPAT since their first step inside the class. Weekly evaluation ensures their readiness for the subject, assignments help them to prepare their ready to read examination notes, and MCQ helps them to prepare for PG entrance examinations.
Students are also encouraged to take part in sports activities at the institute, which has led to their involvement in sports events at university level and achieving ranks at All India University competition in Archery, Cross Country, Malkahamb, Kho kho and Kabbadi.
To make them learn organization skills, students are also involved in organizing and participating in various events at the NTC campus. Staff and Students have jointly organized events like, Youth Expo, Cybercrime Awareness Programme, film promotion event of 3 Ekka etc. Organization of events help them to understand the concept of team work and effective communication. For their entertainment and exhibition of talent @NIPH various events like REEL competition, visit to nearby village for spreading the knowledge of Pharmacy, Development of Herbal Garden, participation in various festival’s have been organized. To keep with the present world lectures on Sustainability, Parkinsons disease, CPR, Communication have been organized at the campus.
Learned and Enthusiastic staff have always supported the student – centric learning. In just one year Institute has done 5 MoU with the Pharmaceutical Industries and 3 MoU’ with nearby schools for sharing of knowledge and experiential learning of students. Institute is also organizing science fair in schools across Baroda and Godhra. Organizing Science Fair for school students, develops and brings out inherited skills in the students.
The faculty of pharmacy not only motivates students but are also involved in self-development. Two Doctorate Degree Staff, Four PhD registered staff, publications in national and international journals and other activities keep the staff motivated and on their toes.
By the year 2026 our vision for ‘A Big Leap’ . NIPH is expecting 100% placement almost 70% GPAT qualified students, 56 MoU’s with pharma industries, GTU toppers from at least two semesters, two international conferences and different types of workshops related to pharma industries.
With various modules of experiential learning, a well-developed career advancement cell, and an established teaching and learning methodology will make NIPH one of the countable few institutes in India.
