  11. Thesis Typing/Printing Bill Receipt

  15. LWP Certificate  (For Students Who take Leave Without Pay for Entire Duration of Course)

Process:

  • Visit the Digital Gujarat Portal & Register
    Go to Digital Gujarat Portal. Click ‘Register’ on the homepage, then enter your Mobile Number, Email, and Password. Click ‘Save’ to complete registration.
  • Log in to Your Account & Update Your Profile
    Log in using your Mobile Number or Email ID and the password you set during registration. Go to ‘My Profile’, fill in all required details, and click ‘Update Profile’. Verify with an OTP
  • Select ‘Scholarship Services’ 
  • Select the Financial Year and click ‘Change Financial Year’.
  • Choose your scholarship scheme, read the details, and click ‘Continue to Service’.
  • Fill Out the Application Form
    Complete the form and upload required documents.

  • Save and Submit
    Save as draft, agree to terms, then click ‘Confirm & Final Submit’ to complete your application.
